Insight Global is seeking a Design Quote Specialist for one of our Medical Device clients for a direct hire opportunity. This person can be located in Versailles, Ohio, and would be expected to be onsite 4x/week.

They will be responsible for creating designs and quotes for the company’s Dental Health clients by harmonizing the clinical space, workflow, and technology, and working closely with customers, distributors, and the company’s salesforce to create designs, drawings, specifications, and quotes.

ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:

1. Creates spaces, designs, and quotes customized for customer needs
2. Provides professional customer interface with customers, architects, dealers, and salesforce
3. Develops project specifications and pricing, manages changes and revisions, and assures quotes are ready to order
4. Designs validation against construction, architectural, and design plans, adhering to building codes and ADA requirements
5. Manages work of all sizes, from single rooms to facilities and multi-floor hospitals
6. Leads and conducts live design sessions with architects, designers, executives, and decision-makers
7. Educates, coaches, and consults with architects, facility planners, and sales teams
8. Manages multiple requests, tasks, and deadlines
9. Utilizes 3D software accurately and efficiently
10. Ensures compliance with ISO9002 procedures and guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 2-3 years of related experience within Architecture or Design
2. Knowledge of local and federal building codes and regulations
3. Ability to accurately read architectural floor plans and bid documents
4. Experience using 2D and 3D drawing tools for technical design and quoting (CET or AutoCAD preferred)
5. Experience within quoting and pricing
6. Associate's degree in interior or architectural design, or similar (2-year engineering degrees are acceptable)
