Job Duties:
- Edit and produce high-quality visual content for company's Boston Asian Radio and TV, and other social media platforms.
- Devise and develop content strategies and plans for company's Boston Asian Radio and TV and other social media platforms, ensuring all content is on-brand and consistent in style and quality across all platforms and channels.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite programs (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom) and DaVinci Resolve Studio to create, produce, and edit visual content for all channels, including English News, Cantonese News, City of Boston, Boston News, and other special series.
- Design, create, and edit persuasive visual content for all social media platforms including WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, tailored to each platform's audience and interaction style.
- Work closely with management to brainstorm storyboards and video concepts, ensuring all digital content is well-designed and optimized for search rankings, traffic, and audience engagement.
- Follow industry news and generate innovative ideas around trending topics. Stay updated with social media best practices, technologies, trends, customer preferences, and competitors, experimenting with new features and optimizing content.
- Plan content budgets monthly and annually, and report to the management team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment & Media Studies, Digital Media, Video Editing, or a related field.
