Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.What You’ll DoIn this role as a Lead Product/UX Designer at Epsilon, you will combine user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints to create wireframes and prototypes that effectively demonstrate useful and desirable design concepts. You will apply user-centered design principles to develop efficient digital products, conduct and document comprehensive user research, and stay updated with the latest design practices. You will actively participate in cross-functional meetings, advocate for the Product Design team, enforce and evolve our design system, and ensure accessibility standards are met. Additionally, you will independently conduct usability testing, contribute to design critiques, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with other disciplines to ensure quality throughout the project development lifecycle.Why you might stand out from other talentExtensive Experience:

Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related fieldCommunication Skills:
