UI/UX Designer,Chicago, IL,United States We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with over 10 years of experience to lead the design and user experience strategy for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a strong portfolio showcasing innovative UI/UX solutions, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute end-to-end UI/UX design processes, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final implementation. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions. Develop high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.). Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. Ensure design consistency across all platforms and maintain a scalable design system. Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance user experiences. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (a plus but not mandatory). Experience designing for responsive and adaptive interfaces. Strong knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, user-friendly designs. Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
