• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends for event support

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in AV, Broadcast, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with enterprise video streaming and content delivery networks
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, unified communications, and Zoom admin
• Experience with Mac OS and IP networking systems
• Strong documentation and training delivery skills

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design, install, and configure AV systems across conference rooms, event spaces, and common areas
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and troubleshoot complex AV hardware/software/network issues
• Set up and operate AV equipment for live events (e.g., town halls, executive meetings, webcasts)
• Perform preventative maintenance, system upgrades, and firmware updates
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation and user guides
• Partner with vendors, AV integrators, and service providers for system delivery and support
• Train employees on proper use of AV technologies
• Lead AV projects from planning through completion, ensuring budget and timeline adherence

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on AV experience
• Deep knowledge of AV hardware, control systems, and conferencing tools
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
• Onsite availability at Rubrik HQ in Palo Alto, CA
• Flexibility to support events outside normal business hours
