Job Description Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate discovery with stakeholders to define actionable UX requirements for product designers Produce clear, concise documentation, including: UX requirements, user flows, site maps, personas, slides, etc. to inform interaction design process Conduct competitive and comparative UX research across a wide range of topics; eloquently present insights, tying directly to actionable steps to influence experience design strategy Conduct UX and Accessibility audits and present findings to ensure user-friendliness and adoption Actively participate in design critiques, giving and receiving feedback and providing quality control across all supported products Qualifications: Qualifications Desired Competencies: Analytical thinking: Ability to understand data and research, derive meaningful insights, and interpret for a non-technical audience Effective communication: Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills for presenting research findings and collaborating with team members Attention-to-detail: Keen eye for accuracy in research and documentation Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in UX Research or equivalent field 5+ years+ professional UX research experience with a proven track record of generating actionable insights that resulted in measurable product improvements 3+ years+ professional experience with internal enterprise applications (preferred) Experience with a broad range of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, across the various stages of product development (pre and post product launch) Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, driving alignment around business needs and design strategies Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening, interpersonal) and can present effectively to executive audiences. Working knowledge of FigJam; basic knowledge of Figma Familiarity with design systems, especially Material Design a big plus. Basic knowledge of Accessibility a plus.
