Strategic Planning:
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities, ensuring the center remains at the forefront of the field.Team Leadership:
Develop, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing and school engagement team. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages the sharing of ideas and best practices.Sales Development:
Create and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth, establishing key performance indicators and monitoring performance against targets. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, thought leaders, and clients within the education sector.Marketing Campaigns:
Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns that encompass digital, social media, print, and events to promote the center's programs, research, and initiatives. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.Social Media Expertise:
Utilize expertise in social media platforms to enhance the center's online presence and engagement. Stay current with social media trends and leverage emerging platforms to reach and connect with target audiences.Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including research, product development, and implementation and training, to ensure alignment of messaging and goals. Work closely with field thought leaders, academic and industry partners to enhance visibility and impact.Data Analysis:
Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.Required Skills/Abilities:
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans and campaigns that drive sales growth.Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Strategic thinker with notable analytical abilities. Thorough understanding of marketing and sales strategies and practices.Ability to be passionate for the mission and values of the organization. Knowledge of the social and emotional learning sector.Work Week: Standard (M-F equal number of hours per day)Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 years of Marketing or Sales leadership experience in the K-12 education sector.
