Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio across UX disciplines (research, IA, interaction, and visual design)
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
