Job Title: Junior Footwear & Apparel Designer – Men's

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Full-Time, In-Office)

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing seasonal men's collections across footwear and apparel
• Create detailed sketches, tech packs, and CADs for design presentations and production hand-off
• Work closely with Creative Director to interpret and execute design direction
• Conduct trend and market research to inspire and support the design process
• Communicate with factories and development teams on sample corrections and updates
• Maintain organized design files and support the development calendar
• Participate in fittings and sample reviews
• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, production, and marketing teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Footwear Design, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (internships or freelance welcome)
• Strong sketching and technical drawing ability (hand and digital)
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Knowledge of garment and footwear construction and materials
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Strong sense of current and emerging menswear and sneaker trends
• Must be based in Los Angeles and available to work full-time in office

Bonus Points:

• Experience with 3D design software (e.g., Clo3D, Rhino, or similar)
• Passion for streetwear, luxury fashion, or sportswear culture
