Designer Position
Selectek is partnering with a firm near Limerock, Pennsylvania to hire a Designer on a contract-to-direct basis. Candidates will create layouts of industrial equipment for a company that specializes in designing systems for manufacturing plants. Expected Pay Range: $30-$35 per hour Location: Limerock, PA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p. Flexible start times available once candidates complete an orientation period, with core hours being 9:00a - 3:00p. Job Duties: Design layouts for paint finishing equipment in 2d AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks Work closely with the sales team to create the design so that the sales person can send it with the quote. Update drawing as well. Candidates will train to do materials estimation as well. Job Requirements: BS Engineer Degree or 5 plus years of experience with associate degree AutoCAD and SolidWorks experience Experience in layout of equipment Knowledge of working with Sales Teams Develop a System Concept to meet process and equipment requirements and customer requirements Experience with Change orders In addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.
