Job Title: Videographer / Video Production Analyst II
Operating Company: Environmental Solutions Group (ESG)
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Location: Chattanooga, TN and/or Ft. Payne, AL
Department: Marketing
POSITION SUMMARY:
Creativity is essential for the next member of our team. This Videographer will be responsible for the composition, pre-production, and post-production of both internal and external ESG video projects, using Mac, Adobe After Effects/Motion, and Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro. Additional responsibilities include a keen eye for composition, strong writing skills, and the ability to navigate an editing suite. Photography and animation skills are highly desired, along with a work ethic that demonstrates a continuous willingness to learn. The candidate must be willing to travel for one week each month, though this may vary based on business demands and trade shows.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
- Work with Marketing to determine messaging, visuals, and scheduling of all product shoots.
- Provide critical input and support for all external-facing video projects, including – but not limited to – trade shows, customer events, employee events, product launches, etc.
- Be cognizant of all company style guides to ensure that all product videos comply.
- Be cognizant of all overt – and product-related safety requirements. Specifically, ensure that all subjects are operating the equipment safely and that they are wearing the appropriate PPE.
- Responsible for developing and following video scheduling to ensure timely delivery of product.
- Work to develop compelling messaging that supports various value propositions.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Ability to communicate, conceptualize, develop, and produce a final product showcasing ESG products, emerging business, and market segment development to internal and external customers.
- Firm understanding of equipment operation – including but not limited to comprehension of safe operations and what PPE is required.
- Ability to work to a stringent deadline, think on your feet, and complement a culture of “can do” professionals.
- Strong writing skills, ability to take direction, and ability to provide direction where warranted.
- 30–50% travel required at times.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or Media Relations or equivalent experience.
- Entry-level experience, and/or internships displaying strong production skills.

Uses technical and analytical abilities to assure existing work practices are the most efficient and cost effective possible. Applies a sense of urgency to resolve problems or creates opportunities that will increase productivity and create value. Shares best practices with other employees across the business.
