FULL TIME Shift:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm The community you'll be caring for: Located on a lush tropical campus at our flagship hospital, AdventHealth Orlando Immediate health insurance coverage Opportunities for career growth and advancement Major tertiary facility serving Southeast, Caribbean, and South America Large Emergency Department and cardiac catheterization labs Providing service to over 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients annually The role you’ll contribute:
This manager role is a board-certified music therapist supporting the Integrative & Creative Arts Therapies team. Responsibilities include evaluating patients' physical, spiritual, socio-emotional, and neurological needs, providing appropriate interventions, leading and coaching a team of creative arts therapists, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations. The manager also advocates for professional development and maintains high standards of patient care and customer service.
