Overview
Consultant (UX Researcher) engage in quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis, and data visualization for client projects. Develop and execute user research plans to address project objectives. Collaborate with cross functional teams to align research goals with product and design strategies. Conduct user interviews, design and administer user surveys, create and refine user personas to guide design strategies. Plan and conduct usability testing sessions. Use Figma, R, and STATA.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in UX Research or related and 3 years of experience which includes the skill sets and tasks listed above. In the skill sets and tasks listed above. Will Also Accept a Master's in UX Research, Behavioral and Decision Science or related and 1 year of experience in the skills sets and tasks listed above. Must be willing to travel/relocate
