Work You'll Do / Responsibilities
Join our team in implementing and deploying cloud migration strategies for government agencies. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients leverage cloud technology to enhance their services, reduce operational costs, and boost overall efficiency. Your work will make a tangible difference in how the public sector operates and serves its constituents. - Design and produce visual assets such as presentations, documents, videos, and websites.
- Develop branding and visual identity for team projects and initiatives.
- Create illustrations, infographics, and data visualizations to present complex information.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure all visual materials adhere to client brand guidelines.
- Manage and organize design files and assets.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Provide feedback and revisions on design concepts.
- Proofread materials for appropriateness, readability, and grammar.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and technical teams, escalating issues as needed.
- Lead client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement, optimization, and transformation, including implementing best practices, addressing quality deficits, and driving operational outcomes.

Our Core Technology Operations (CTO) team offers differentiated operational services for our clients, helping organizations scale and optimize critical business operations, drive speed to outcomes, deliver business transformation, and build resilience.
Qualifications
Required
- 4+ years' experience as a graphic designer.
- Proficiency in Workspace tools (Docs, Slides), multimedia design software (Adobe Creative Suite), and basic familiarity with Figma.
- Portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear visuals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% based on work and client needs.
Preferred
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.
The salary range for this role is estimated between $98,875 and $163,125, depending on skills, experience, and location. Additional benefits may include participation in a discretionary annual incentive program.
