RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a System Admin to join their client for a remote role.
Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team. An ideal candidate will have a wide range of IT knowledge and experience. In this role, you will support a game studio as part of the Operations team working on the Forza franchise. If you are eager to strengthen your capabilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities
- Works as a team member to assist with operations support
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of break-fix issues or tasks
- Participating in the design and development of new prod services
- Participating in resolution of prod incidents and problems
- Supporting prod service deployment activities
- Ensuring that all prod documentation and knowledge is up to date and properly utilized by peers and subordinates
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of work-related experience
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux
- Experienced with scripting languages
- PowerShell, Bash, Ruby, Python experience
- Jira Atlassian experience is great
- Experience with any configuration management software
- Chef, Puppet, Ansible, SCCM experience
- Azure experience is a plus but AWS is fine
- Any type of monitoring software experience - they use Zabbix
- SAN experience - Storage Array Network
- Azure Intranet ID knowledge or spinning up a domain in that regard
- Knowledge and experience with core Microsoft infrastructure
- Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows, IIS, DHCP, WDS, WSUS, Hyper-V, Azure, DFS
- Able to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent problem resolution and analytical skills
- Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environment
- Nice to have knowledge of K8 - anything that is containerization
- Experience with video game dev kit devices is nice to have

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
