Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, member needs, and the competitive landscape to guide strategy, as well as collaborating with various teams to provide competitive and innovative products that meet the needs of members. Applicants for the Chief Marketing and Membership Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing, membership, or related roles, preferably within non-profits or associations.
