YOU HAVE: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in IT, Marketing, or Digital functional areas, with 5+ years in recent Digital-focused roles. 8+ years of leadership experience in IT, Marketing, or Digital functional areas. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud functionalities. Expertise in product finding methodologies, product taxonomy, internal search optimization, and Ecommerce delivery, specifically with Salesforce CommerceCloud. Proficiency in content management systems, particularly Drupal. Experience in enhancing conversions and mitigating friction across all phases of the eCommerce journey. Expertise in utilizing Product Information Management (PIM) software such as Informatica P360. Skilled in leveraging Marketo for marketing automation. Possesses an architectural mindset and strong stakeholder management skills. Focus on day-to-day operations, with the ability to monitor and optimize performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Strong management presence, exhibiting confidence, professionalism, and leadership acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills in an international environment. Proficiency in Agile Software Development processes. Pay Transparency: nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range: $205,000 - $290,000 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
