Overview
Effectively project manage all campaigns to ensure meeting target send dates. Manage the workflow of the digital communications specialists to ensure the team’s output is as efficient as possible. Lead analysis of email communication strategy for clients, ticket sales, e-commerce, parking, lead generation, retargeting, database growth, and other key business goals through reporting of existing campaigns, testing of new tactics, and learning. Work with Sales, Service, and Brand Marketing departments to develop new and unique ways to deliver content through our current email tactics and through new emerging email marketing tactics. Work with all organization groups to ensure consistent messaging across all brands. More about you
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing within all levels of the organization. Proven experience with managing a project from ideation to execution. Ability to multi-task and manage many projects at once. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud email platform a strong preference. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Knowledge of html email builds a plus. Shift details Day shift
