The Social Media Manager’s job focuseson increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets.A skilled Social Media Manager can pioneer our social media strategy and helpus achieve the online presence we aspire to. You will be responsible forcreating and managing captivating, interactive content across Facebook,Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok platforms. The ideal candidate will bring priorexperience in analyzing performance metrics and leveraging data to enhance socialmedia marketing campaigns, thereby augmenting brand awareness. A profoundunderstanding of social media trends and exceptional communication skills areprerequisites. Proficiency in analytical tools is a must.Primary Responsibilities:Ø
PrimaryResponsibilities:Planning and developing social media campaignsCrafting compelling content or getting itdevelopedPosting content across social media accountsEngaging with customers on different channelsAnalyzing existing campaignsKeeping up-to-date with the latest social media trendsSecondary Responsibilities:Analyze donor expectations according to past social media activityDevelop social media campaignsDefine key performance indicators and KRAs forsocial media campaignsUpdate social media content across all channelsEngage with customers and followersUse tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite, or other social media marketing toolsMonitor campaigns and analyze data obtainedTrack SEO and web traffic metricsEstablish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong networkDevelop content or assign tasks to content developersCommunicate effectively to all stakeholders, e.g., management and content developers
