Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing channels to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and increase engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aligned with revenue goals and product launches
- Test and measure messaging through digital channels like paid social, paid SEM and organic channels to influence product messaging for product launches
- Own website (content, page development, product demos) and partner with the demand gen team on lead gen and landing pages
- SEO: Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic rankings.
- Drive paid social & paid digital ads to drive brand awareness and consideration and support product launches
- Manage PPC and SEM to drive targeted traffic.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and engagement.:
- Use tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot, to track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including demand gen, sales, UX to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies and tools.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Hands-on experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Hubspot, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow)
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint.
- Experience with video marketing and editing tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic coding principles.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position SF Bay Area salary range of $104,000-$147,000 and Seattle range of $97,000 - $137,000 range. This role is also eligible for stock options. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
