We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Strategist to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital presence aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging, SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and budget optimization.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Oversee social media accounts, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
- Identify opportunities for growth and engagement on emerging platforms.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and Sprout Social.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing technologies and trends.
- Coordinate with external agencies or vendors when necessary.
Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, SEO tools).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing principles.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Graphic design or basic video editing skills are a plus.
