Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and proficiency in using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Strong leadership and team management abilities, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and collaboration.Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry updates.Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Self-starter with ability to manage independently as if it were their own business.Experience with managing agencies to drive website development and implementation.Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Expected to know the numbers.Strong attention to details coupled with the ability to aggressively manage deadlines and goals.Ability to handle ambiguity, juggle many tasks at once and quickly shift from one situation or task to another.Track record of effective vendor management.Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Ability to maintain professionalism in changing and/or challenging situations.
Education/Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 10+ years in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership/management role.Experience in a telecommunication environment a plus.
Computer Skills:MS Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel.Hands-on experience with web analytics and CRM software (HubSpot).
