Join our dynamic team as an Ads Sales Representative, where you will be instrumental in expanding our creator network through the identification and acquisition of advertisers. In this role, you will focus on establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with brands, ensuring their marketing objectives are effectively met through tailored sponsorship opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage advertiser relationships by conducting proactive outreach and engaging with inbound leads.
- Achieve and exceed revenue goals by owning quarterly and annual sales targets while providing consistent updates on your pipeline.
- Develop and implement effective campaign strategies that translate advertiser goals into measurable results.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating terms, finalizing contracts, and ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to refine advertising strategies and address any advertiser inquiries.
- Maintain thorough documentation of advertiser interactions and deal progress using CRM and other relevant tools.
- Consistently engage in proactive outreach, delivering numerous proposals monthly to refine sales tactics and processes.
- Enhance team effectiveness by sharing insights and strategies for process improvement.
- Foster advertiser loyalty by delivering strong results that encourage repeat partnerships.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in digital advertising or marketing, with a solid understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CPM, etc.).
- Expertise in consultative sales, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize outcomes.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities, particularly in aligning the goals of various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets while managing multiple campaigns concurrently.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and ad tech platforms, with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising or a related sales role.

Compensation and Benefits
This position is structured as a contract role with a monthly retainer of $5,833. Commissions begin at 2.5% and increase based on performance, with projected on-target earnings of $125,000 annually, along with potential for higher earnings. The initial contract is for six months, followed by a mid-contract review to evaluate performance and discuss possible extensions.
