Base pay range
$185,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
An evolving $50M+ vertically integrated beauty/cosmetic brand is seeking a creative visionary that should bring extensive digital top-down branding experience to solidify the identity of this fun FMCG brand for years to come!
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role leads a team of creative professionals, overseeing all design projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven digital creative content to enhance eCommerce performance, retail partnerships, and brand loyalty.
- Present creative decisions and campaign proposals to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Manage the Creative Team and agency partners, ensuring on-brand, high-quality creative output.
- Collaborate with brand marketing, media, and insights teams to align creative strategies with business goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and digital best practices, applying insights to content creation.
- Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of creative assets while maintaining brand standards.
- Act as a bridge between brand site, retail, and content partners, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
- Provide insights and analyze performance to refine content strategies and reach new audiences.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years in creative roles (design, art direction, digital content, or related areas)
- 3+ years leading a brand's creative direction/strategy
- Proven management experience, with the ability to lead, delegate, and prioritize workloads.
- Strong storytelling, creative vision, and strategic thinking to bring products to life across various channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C creative development.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, work cross-functionally, and manage stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
