We are looking for an innovative and strategic Director of Digital Marketing and Sales to spearhead our market strategy. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aimed at driving revenue growth and boosting customer engagement. You will oversee all commercial operations and digital sales strategies, leading our talented teams to adopt best-in-class digital and eCommerce practices.
Key responsibilities include defining marketing objectives, establishing KPIs, and ensuring the effective use of budgets to maximize outcomes. Collaboration with senior leadership, external vendors, and digital agencies is crucial to enhance channel optimization, lead generation, and targeted marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, business, or a related field, alongside a minimum of 15 years of digital experience. Expertise in SEM, CMS, CRM management, and a deep understanding of MarTech and eCommerce strategies are essential. You should be proficient in data analysis, capable of translating insights into actionable strategies, and have a proven track record in managing KPIs to achieve measurable financial results.
Additional qualifications include experience with multinational eCommerce platforms, AB testing, and strong project management, communication, and team leadership skills. A strong foundation in digital marketing and social media best practices, along with a passion for driving digital transformation, is crucial for success in this position.
