We help companies drive sustainable growth and customer value through an unmatched understanding of brand and human behaviour while harnessing the power of innovation, design, data, and technology.We are looking for a:Digital Art DirectorWe need an Art Director that's confident in the world of digital. Your primary responsibility will be collaborating with a Copywriter to conceive compelling concepts tailored for omnichannel CRM communications, including websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media. Your ideas should excite and delight the target audience, while being relevant to the specific industry/s and its varying topics/departments.A key part of your workflow will also be to demonstrate how the ideas come to life visually, before a Designer takes it over to polish it to perfection.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate within a conceptual team to develop innovative concepts for social media and CRM campaigns, creating persuasive ideas that drive targeted actions.Ability to ideate for diverse audiences and develop concepts across CRM disciplines including direct marketing, digital engagement, loyalty programs, promotions, and customer education.Lead the development of conceptual briefs from initial concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with CRM strategies.Taking a conceptual brief (Campaign/Innovation) from concept, through to final execution.Packaging an idea in a format that safely guides a client through the potential complexity.Be comfortable and confident in presenting your thinking to clients.Conceptualising new and innovative solutions that are based on simple insights.Understanding at a high-level, how those solutions come to life (e.g. user-journeys/integration/development).Craft and prepare CRM campaigns and initiatives for seamless implementation and go-live readiness.The ability to problem-solve in real-time.Skills and ExperienceMust be highly creative and imaginative, and curious about clients' products or services.Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Should work well in a team and with a range of creative people.Must work under pressure and manage workloads effectively.Must be highly self-motivated and well organized.Have the ability to see other people's points of view and take on board feedback.Must be able work within strict budgets.Must have an eye for detail.Possess good leadership, people and project management skills.To be successful in the role, the following characteristics are required:Technical know-how.High EQ.Financial Industry Experience (As a bonus).Technical RequirementsThe ideal candidate would have the following software experience:3-5 Years of experience.A good understanding of both Office & iWork.Good understanding of Figma.Organisational skills.OfferAttractive package and benefits.Continuous trainings.
