About This Role:
As our Digital Marketing Coordinator (Communications Analyst) you'll take the lead in creating and executing innovative strategies across DEDT's digital channels, including our social media, the PWCDED.org website, blog, and monthly email newsletter to not only amplify the voice of Prince William County businesses, but also drive awareness and attention to our community. This is your chance to craft compelling digital campaigns that captivate audiences and drive attraction for an up-and-coming community.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. and 4 years of digital marketing or related experience
Preferences:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Express, creating visually compelling digital materials while maintaining brand consistency.
Experience creating engaging visual content for social media, websites, and newsletters while tracking performance to optimize engagement.
Experience with production workflows, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders for high-quality content delivery.

Work Schedule:
This role will be expected to work from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with some early morning, evening or weekend work depending on department events.
This is a telework eligible role that may revert to in-office scheduling if business needs change.
Starting Salary Range:
$80,000 to $85,000
