Senior Media Specialist (Video Producer)
We’re looking for a versatile and collaborative
Video Producer
to join our internal marketing team. This role supports creative storytelling from
pre-production through post-production
across a wide range of video content—from thought leadership and internal communications to client-facing pieces. You'll work closely with the Brand, Content, and Enterprise teams, ensuring videos are both strategic and impactful.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Production
Collaborate on concepts, scripts, and storyboards that bring messaging to life. Interface with internal stakeholders to clarify goals and translate briefs into actionable video plans.
Production
Operate camera, lighting, and sound equipment during both in-person and remote shoots. Manage small-scale shoots independently when needed, including travel support if required.
Post-Production
Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro , with intermediate usage of After Effects and Photoshop , and basic knowledge of Illustrator . Adapt long-form content into social-media-ready formats (varied aspect ratios, time constraints). Ensure final outputs align with branding, messaging, and accessibility standards.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience in video production (in-house, agency, or freelance). Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro . Working knowledge of After Effects , Photoshop , and Illustrator . Excellent storytelling instincts and attention to detail. Able to manage projects independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with collaborative platforms such as Monday.com . Experience writing scripts or developing content in early project phases. Photography skills and light photo editing experience. Familiarity with brand/comms standards in an internal marketing or corporate environment.
