Fortinet is seeking a dynamic Sr Paid Media Manager to join our corporate marketing team. This role will focus on analyzing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive marketing qualified leads, pipeline growth, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will lead global end-to-end digital marketing strategies, ensuring seamless execution across paid and owned digital channels. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on implementation to create persona-driven user journeys and exceptional digital experiences.
As a Sr Paid Media Manager, you will:
- Own paid media and programmatic strategy and execution.
- Develop paid media plans, budgets, KPI frameworks, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Manage agencies and data partners to execute campaigns effectively.
- Optimize campaigns across Paid Search, Display (Programmatic), and Paid Social.
- Drive full-funnel integrated digital advertising campaigns and landing page optimization.
- Leverage persona development and customer journey mapping to enhance engagement.
- Utilize analytics and data insights to refine digital ecosystems and improve conversion.
- Ensure alignment between digital marketing, product marketing, campaigns, field marketing, and operations.
- Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular insights through health check-ins, monthly summaries, and QBRs.
Experience & Qualifications
- 7 - 9 years of experience in strategic B2B digital marketing, programmatic advertising, and campaign management.
- Proven success driving MQLs through PPC and programmatic spend.
- Expertise in digital media platforms (Paid Social, Programmatic, SEM, SEO, Video, Email, Content Syndication).
- Strong understanding of AdTech, audience targeting, and attribution models.
- Experience optimizing paid media campaigns for user experience and conversion.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and performance reporting.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $105,000 - $170,000 Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, Bonus eligibility is reviewed at time of hire and annually at the Company's discretion
