Key job responsibilities
Successfully develop solutions that enable advertisers to grow their business leveraging our suite of advertising product.Create effective go-to-market mechanisms to maximize business opportunities.Meet with customers and convert their feedback into concrete product improvements and milestones.Work backwards from the end state for customers to define product and design requirements.Develop the roadmap and drive product development.Unblock and expedite multiple engineering teams.Successfully launch and ramp the product and features worldwide.Establish and measure success criteria in ambiguous areas like performance optimization.Represent the quality and growth of creatives in organization-wide business reviews and documents.
A day in the life As Senior Product Management - Technical, you will lead the product vision and roadmap for Twitch advertising. You will have experience leading complex product initiatives across internal teams and stakeholders to prioritize roadmap features and spearheading the definition of new capabilities through product and technical design documents. You will have a high level of comfort with ambiguity, a deeply analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex challenges, and can effectively influence across organizations. You work backwards from the customer, dive deep into data to understand the issues, and drive product development to deliver collaboratively with your teams and partners.
About the team This role will sit on the Twitch advertising team. We work to maximize ad revenue opportunities for Amazon and Twitch. We partner closely with product and program teams across Amazon to create ad supply, and with multiple Ads teams to scale demand.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degreeExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productExperience managing technical products or online servicesExperience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
