Requirements: Minimum 2+ years in a marketing assistant, executive assistant, or similar role Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (experience with Monday.com is a plus) Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) Basic understanding of SMS marketing and social media engagement Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus but not required Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Manage the Creative Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements Handle personal requests and errands as needed Draft initial copy for email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice Schedule and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo Input and schedule text promotions using SMS marketing tools Track performance and report on key metrics Respond to direct messages and inquiries promptly and professionally Assist in managing social media content calendars and scheduling posts Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely completion of marketing projects Schedule:
