Overview:
The
Marketing and Creative Assistant
works with the marketing department to assist in the development and execution of various marketing initiatives. This position requires creativity, organization, and a passion for marketing and design.
What you’ll do:
Marketing
Collaborate to brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns and strategies.Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including but not limited to, social media content, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.Coordinate and manage the production of marketing materials.Assist with invoicing and follow-up regarding printing prices and payments.Capture photographs or videos of events, team members, and groups.Develop and maintain updated promotional, vendors, networking and referral lists.Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.Creative
Assist in the development and execution of design concepts from concept to completion.Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite.Support the design team in preparing files for print and digital distribution, including formatting, optimizing, and proofreading.Assist with photo editing and retouching.Research design trends, techniques, and best practices to stay informed and inspired.What it takes:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field. A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.Previous experience in marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.Why Brio?
