The Role:

We’re looking for a Physical Therapy Marketer with experience in home health offerings, particularly orthopedic referrals, to expand our network and drive patient volume in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. You will work closely with hospitals, surgeons, and outpatient clinics to educate them on our home-based PT solutions, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, cost-effective care outside of the hospital setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan focused on orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and outpatient PT clinics.
• Build relationships with referring providers, discharge planners, and case managers to increase referrals for at-home PT services.
• Educate healthcare professionals on how our technology and care model enhance patient outcomes and reduce hospital readmissions.
• Work closely with our clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth referral and onboarding process.
• Track and analyze referral trends and market data to drive growth.
