The Role
We're seeking a strategic and creative Account Based Marketer & Content Creator who excels in deep customer research, compelling copywriting, and high-impact design. This role requires an individual who can not only craft persuasive, visually engaging content but also strategically distribute it across channels, track performance metrics, and optimize for maximum engagement, conversion rates, and sales pipeline growth.

What You'll Do
- Conduct research to understand target accounts, personas, pain points, and buying triggers.
- Develop & execute ABM content strategies tailored to specific industries and high-value accounts.
- Write persuasive, conversion-focused content for landing pages, emails, case-studies, white-papers, one-pagers, and social media.
- Design visually compelling marketing assets (infographics, presentations, digital ads, eBooks, sell sheets)
- Strategically distribute content across multiple channels, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
- Analyze content performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion rates) to optimize strategies and improve pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with the sales to align messaging with revenue goals and ensure content supports sales efforts.
- Continuously test and refine content based on performance data to maximize conversions and accelerate the sales cycle.
- Support RFP and proposal process by creating proposals from inception to final delivery, writing customized content that translates complex ideas into clear narratives, proofreading and formatting proposals to ensure accuracy and clarity, and contributing to the development and maintenance of proposal content library
- Use Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Wordpress, Apollo.io, and internal tools to support department and company goals
- Attend conferences and trade shows to promote company value proposition to prospects and clients
What We're Looking For
- Past experience in content creation, ABM marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing.
- Strong ability to write compelling, customer-centric copy that drives action.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) for creating high-quality visuals.
- Experience with targeted content distribution across digital channels, email, LinkedIn, and paid media.
- Ability to track, measure, and optimize content based on performance metrics.
- Understanding of ABM principles and how to personalize content for high-value accounts.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Proven track record of increasing conversion rates and contributing to sales pipeline growth.
- Strong project management skills to execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience creating video content and animation.
- Experience with either Adobe Marketo, Salesforce Pardot, or Hubspot
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow), and SEO.
- Background in A/B testing and CRO strategies.
- Previous experience selling to IT personas
- Knowledge of ITAD and ITAM industries
