The Social Team leads Sephora into a community- and culture-driven marketing future, centering on social engagement, cultural relevance, and an entertaining POV across social channels.
Job Summary
Sephora is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the strategy, development and execution of Sephora's creator affiliate marketing program. This role is responsible for overseeing a rapidly evolving, business-driving program in partnership with teams across the Sephora organization. The ideal candidate has leadership experience working in core areas of affiliate marketing including creator management, program design and day-to-day program operations.
Success in this role will come from innovating in the affiliate marketing space and designing, managing and measuring creator affiliate campaigns and initiatives aimed at driving Sephora sales revenue and EMV.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Design (30%) Work closely with Media, Ecommerce, Influencer, Finance, Partner Brand Marketing and Merchandising teams to create highly cross-functional program design and execution Build and optimize programs and innovative campaigns with content creators to drive customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and the beauty industry to ensure Sephora remains a leader in digital marketing innovation Performance Analysis (10%)
Report on campaign performance, making real-time and long-term adjustments based on key learnings Provide clear and actionable insights to optimize program effectiveness Relationship Management (30%)
Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with key influencers, creators, and agency partners Develop strategic partnerships that align with Sephora's brand values and marketing objectives Creator Recruitment & Development (30%)
Identify, recruit, and onboard best-in-class influencers (macro, micro, and nano) to reach targeted customer segments Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new creator partners Qualifications
6-7 years experience managing and leading large-scale, in-house creator affiliate programs and campaigns 2-4 years experience managing or developing affiliate and influencer incentive models and deal structures 2-4 years experience working with multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders Senior-leadership-level communication skills to gain alignment Competencies and Skills

Reports to: Director, Social Strategy (Interim reporting to VP, Social) Direct Reports: 0 #LI-SR1 The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000.00 - $156,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
