Creative X is looking for a Creative Director to create groundbreaking work across all advertising and marketing touch points. This role will partner with marketers, producers, and researchers to develop creative on behalf of Meta brands, cultivating a vision for how the portfolio of brands manifest across surfaces and integrated channels, guiding our internal and external agencies. The primary focus of this role will be developing ideas for our Large Advertiser audiences - helping them identify Meta as the best partner to help drive their business outcomes. Our ideal candidate will have experience leading strategic efforts to execute across film, experiential marketing, social media, web, and events. This leader will need to guide teams, agencies and/or production partners and be willing to roll up their sleeves to do the work when necessary. Creative Director Responsibilities
Oversee the strategy and creative direction of Large Advertiser facing Meta campaigns Manage development of creative executions across all channels that strongly resonate, while maintaining consistency for the brand Partner with agencies and production partners to develop original breakthrough ideas for a variety of marketing touch-points Partner closely with cross-functional teams across all work streams to influence and align on business efforts. Cross-functional teams include: Marketing, communications, experiential, and measurement Minimum Qualifications
12+ years of experience in building brands globally 5+ years of demonstrated people management experience coaching and developing team members Experience developing and managing programs in an integrated marketing environment Experience working with data and insights Creative Direction experience across the full palette of creative expression Experience partnering with and influencing Chief Marketing Officers and other executive stakeholders Communication and presentation skills to build relationships with internal leadership and manage their expectations Preferred Qualifications

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
