Director Planning and Design- Planning Analytics \ Hybrid\ . This position is open to candidates residing in the general area of Seattle, WA, Portland, OR and/or Irvine, CA.
This position is responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of guidelines, best practices, processes and resources related to the design of Providence (and affiliate) facilities. Supervises caregivers responsible for system level subject matter experts in institutional planning, master planning and campus planning. Provides RESO oversight and collaboration with PSJH Branding teams, Health Equity team, Sustainability team, and RESO Councils. Supports development of and compliance with RESO technical standards related to design. This role will work on site in the offices 2 to 3 days a week. Description

Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Healthcare Administration 10 or more years Healthcare-focused planning or related experience 8 years Progressively responsible leadership experience, including at least 5 years of direct supervisory experience

California: Humboldt: Min: $85.88, Max: $137.30
California: All Southern California - Except Bakersfield: Min: $85.88, Max: $137.30
California: Bakersfield: Min: $82.39, Max: $131.72
Oregon: Non-Portland Service Area: Min: $76.80, Max: $122.79
Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min: $82.39, Max: $131.72
