Director / VP of Brand Marketing
Remote - NYC or DC preferably
Our client is a programmatic media buying and audience intelligence platform designed to help advertisers in highly regulated industries leverage and optimize their data for improved ad buying decisions. They are looking for a hands on Director / VP of Brand Marketing to lead brand growth and customer acquisition in a highly regulated industry. This role involves navigating compliance challenges while building a strong market presence. The ideal candidate has experience scaling remote marketing teams and driving global success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global marketing strategy to expand customer reach, increase brand visibility, and grow market share while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Establish the company as a trusted leader by maintaining consistency across regions and emphasizing transparency and reliability.
- Create innovative acquisition and retention campaigns that drive engagement while adhering to compliance requirements.
- Stay ahead of evolving regulations, ensuring all marketing efforts align with legal and industry standards.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a global marketing team in a remote-first environment, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Use data-driven insights, AI, and automation to enhance marketing effectiveness while maintaining strict data protection standards.
- Oversee the marketing budget, optimize resource allocation, and refine strategies to maximize ROI within regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior role in AdTech or Digital Media.
- Experience navigating regulatory requirements like GDPR and CCPA.
- Skilled in managing and growing remote global marketing teams.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, demand generation, brand strategy, and customer engagement.
Compensation : $150k - $200k
