USA The Associate Manager, Retail Marketing and Sales will be responsible for management and coordination of our relationships with key retailers and wholesale partners. This role will support the execution of omni-channel initiatives for our key retailers such as Sephora and our other wholesale accounts in order to drive continued growth in these channels. This is a key role to work collaboratively with other cross-functional departments including Education, Brand Marketing, Digital, Creative, Operations and Product Development. The ideal candidate is highly organized and an effective communicator with strong project management skills. This role is on the Retail and Sales Team and reports directly to our Senior Director of Retail Marketing and Sales. What you will do- Serve as the single point of contact for our retail and wholesale partners with a focus on best in class account management and an emphasis on building strong relationships with all members of our merchant teams. Supports the team internally to manage all timelines and deliverables for meetings with retail partners and develops and keeps processes and knowledge management systems up to date. Maintain both internal retail marketing and promotional calendars for key retailers Assist in preparing decks for retailer market meetings, including plans for seasonal newness and core business Project manage timely execution of all omni-channel (dotcom and brick and mortar) retail marketing initiatives working cross-functionally with our internal team against our annual retail marketing calendar Help drive the synergy of brick and mortar and .com, working to grow the business to capitalize on the strengths of each channel Support our sales and education team on development and execution of a seamless omni-store strategy, partnering with our field and sell thru teams across events, visual merchandising, and inventory needs Coordinate execution of omni sampling programs by retailer in conjunction with sales and operations team Support all Visual Merchandising updates for planogram assortments based on SKU prioritization and productivity as well as creative strategy. Compile all weekly and monthly retail sales reports in order to support overall guidance of retail and sales strategy as well to provide actionable insights to our Sales and Education Team, our Operations Team, as well as our Marketing Team Conduct competitive research to support in retail strategies Key Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing Knowledge and passion for the beauty industry and retail environment, Sephora preferred Self-starter, proactive, tenacious and goal-oriented Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with retail partners Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and measure success Organized and detail-oriented Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to travel as needed (~20%) About Crown Affair- Crown Affair is a first of its kind haircare brand that empowers people to redefine their relationship with their hair through accessible luxury products, guidance, and community. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
