The Growth Marketing Manager will work with a wide variety of cross-functional teams across Apple, including engineering, product, operations, data analytics, design, and business. You will be responsible for creating programs that connect with customers in a privacy-friendly way to drive engagement and ensure they are getting the most out of Apple Wallet. Description Responsibilities include developing and optimizing engagement and retention strategies for Apple Services: Optimize programs through A/B testing, offering ideation and development of strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights. Build cross-functional relationships and plans to improve performance against meaningful metrics, focusing on experimentation and optimization. Collaborate with a broad range of teams in different time zones, including business, product, engineering, analytics, and design teams. Develop a process of continuous improvement, analyzing results and feeding insights back into the plans. Define customer journeys, value propositions, and educational messaging. Submit and maintain requirements briefs to ensure flawless execution of campaigns. Identify opportunities to enhance the messaging experience through new platform capabilities and privacy-friendly targeting capabilities. Minimum Qualifications 5-8 years experience leading lifecycle marketing programs, ideally in the financial services or digital payments spaces, with demonstrated success achieving growth goals of user engagement and retention. Experience testing and optimizing marketing channels including push notifications, email, and in-app messaging marketing tactics. Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail. Deep understanding of A/B testing and data-driven optimization marketing. Proven ability to meet deadlines and get consensus while balancing many projects and priorities. Deep understanding of messaging platforms and how to use them to deliver exceptional customer experiences through timely, helpful, and relevant communications. You are an analytical problem solver with a track record of success in developing and optimizing marketing strategies and programs that drive customer engagement and retention. Preferred Qualifications Thorough understanding of integrating product, design, business, marketing, engineering, and stakeholder teams to clarify program goals, strategy, and execution. Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate a strong point of view clearly and succinctly to both senior executives and individual contributors. Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills; ability to develop strong working partnerships. Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects. Outstanding cross-functional teamwork skills with an ability to collaborate closely with other teams to solve problems and implement programs that achieve core business objectives. Education & Experience Additional Requirements At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $108,200 and $206,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
