Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Influencer Manager to oversee, expand, and drive our influencer partnerships in conjunction with our Director. In this role, you will manage relationships, recruit influencers, and coordinate content that drives brand awareness and engagement. You will play a critical role in ensuring our influencer collaborations align with True Classic's goals and deliver measurable results.
Key Areas of Accountability
Managing Relationships
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Alongside the director, you will oversee contracts, deliverables, and incentives to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for influencer inquiries and partnership needs.
Recruiting Influencers
- Source, assess, sign, and onboard new influencers aligned with True Classic's brand values and target audience.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract top-tier influencers and micro-influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer partnerships with key marketing initiatives.
Retrieving Content
- Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely content deliverables for campaigns.
- Track content submissions, ensure brand compliance, and maintain an organized content repository.
- Work closely with creative and social teams to repurpose influencer content across channels.
Campaign Strategy & Performance Tracking
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies for future collaborations.
- Provide regular reports on influencer impact, engagement, and ROI.
Budget Management
- Manage influencer marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing impact.
- Negotiate fair yet efficient compensation structures for influencer partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the social media team to align influencer content with overall brand messaging.
- Partner with paid media teams to amplify influencer-generated content through paid advertising.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure influencer content meets brand standards.
- Support the eCommerce and merchandising teams in aligning influencer initiatives with product launches.
Qualification Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related fields.
- Proven ability to recruit, manage, and scale influencer partnerships.
- Strong negotiation skills with a deep understanding of influencer pricing models.
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools for tracking performance.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in measuring campaign success.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster strong relationships.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience working in DTC, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer commission structures.
- Background in social media strategy and content marketing.
- Knowledge of FTC guidelines and compliance for influencer marketing.
Skills and Competencies
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in influencer marketing platforms such as GRIN, Aspire, or Traackr.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement metrics.
- Ability to track, report, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social insights.
