This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-quality, internal news content for one of our key clients in the healthcare industry. If you thrive under deadlines and enjoy piecing together compelling news stories, wed love to hear from you.What Youll Do:Edit an internal news show using Adobe Premiere Pro.Assemble on-camera talent clips, in-studio and on-location interviews, and integrate relevant b-roll.Place and adjust pre-animated effects and text elements as needed.Edit PKGs to support this news show or other public facing programs.Collaborate with our production team to meet weekly deadlines and maintain the highest standards of quality.What Were Looking For:Experience: At least 3 years of professional video editing experience with a demonstrated background in broadcast news.Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.Skills: Strong storytelling skills with the ability to structure compelling news segments. Attention to detail is a must.Work Sample: Applicants must provide a broadcast news work sample.Compliance:Candidates must not have been excluded, barred, or sanctioned by any federal or state healthcare programs.Engagement is contingent upon passing a background check at no cost to the candidate.Why Compliance? Specific confidentiality protocols will be communicated upon engagement.Professionalism: Must be reliable, deadline-oriented, and capable of following client-specific guidelines.What You Should Know:Freelance Position: Consistent work is available two days per week (Typically Thursdays and Fridays).Reel Usage: Most (but not all) edits are for internal use and cannot be included in your portfolio or reel.Future Opportunities: At Ninja Cat Productions, we value long-term collaboration and growth.
