Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals nationally and by region.Brand Management and Development:
Manage and evolve the company’s brand identity through the owned asset portfolio to ensure consistency and impact.Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.Digital Marketing and Innovation:
Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content strategies.Performance Analysis and Recommendations:
Ensure data-driven decision-making through analytics, reporting, and optimization.Market Research and Consumer Insights:
Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competition, and customer behavior.Budgeting and Financial Management:
Track ROI on all marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective strategies and budgeting approaches.Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with national marketing and shared-services leaders to align marketing strategies with overall company goals.Client Service:
Fully understand the needs and goals of internal and external stakeholders and clients.BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in a leadership role within the real estate industry.Excellent communication (written/oral), pitch and negotiation abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Team members work in an office or remote work environment. Rare or occasional travel may be required.ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION:Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements and prior experience.
