Position Overview : The Director of Marketing will lead our marketing strategy, with a special emphasis on digital channels, customer journey optimization, and B2B customer engagement. This individual will be responsible for crafting and executing data-driven marketing strategies that generate leads, nurture customer relationships, and position Litetronics as a leader in the commercial and industrial lighting space. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Litetronics' vision and growth objectives across North America. Define and champion the brand identity to ensure consistency and resonance across all consumer touchpoints including outside representatives, ESCO’s, distributors, and end consumers. Conduct thorough analysis of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' marketing strategies to proactively identify emerging opportunities. Synthesize insights and communicate findings to the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making. Use data-driven decision-making to refine tactics, improve ROI, and optimize marketing spend. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep Litetronics at the forefront of innovation. Brand Growth and Awareness Create high-impact campaigns that resonate with existing customers while attracting new audiences. Leverage storytelling, tradeshows, and content marketing to elevate brand perception and expand market presence. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue-driving opportunities. Lead content development plan by writing and editing materials, which include articles, presentations, white papers, videos and technical collateral by working with product management, engineers, and senior leadership. Innovation and Digital Excellence Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social media. Optimize the customer digital journey, leveraging data analytics to enhance user experience and conversion rates. Lead customer acquisition and engagement efforts through targeted campaigns, automation, and CRM strategies. Manage website development and optimization to drive traffic, leads, and sales. Measurement and Accountability Discover, consolidate, and communicate data; determine conclusions and problem-solve to improve external communications efforts and KPIs. Utilize data-driven insights to track marketing effectiveness and ROI, adjusting strategies accordingly. Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and external agencies to maximize impact and efficiency. Oversee communications for distribution - internal, external to customer base, and public such as letters, product information, programs, and promotions. Implement and execute on tools, resources and automation to improve overall communication tactics. Qualifications and Skills : Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in commercial products, manufacturing, or a related industry. Technical Knowledge: Proven expertise in digital marketing, customer journey mapping, and lead generation strategies. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and marketing automation. Communication and Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and drive marketing alignment with sales. Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to inform decision-making. Why Join Us?
