As our Director of Digital Marketing, you'll support HID's success by: Owning the development and execution of North American marketing strategies that align with global objectives and drive market impact. Creating and leading integrated marketing programs leveraging all marketing channels, ensuring clear messaging, competitive positioning, and audience resonance. Overseeing marketing operations, including campaign planning, resource allocation, agency management, creative development, and performance measurement. Developing best practice digital communication strategies to engage and nurture B2B customers and channel partner communities, demonstrating ROI. Delivering digital optimization across PPC, SEO, SEM, and paid, owned, and earned digital platforms. Spearheading CRM strategy integration and marketing automation adoption to improve customer engagement and campaign efficiency. Building strong relations with digital and central functions to enhance PACs NAM marketing and leveraging customer data for marketing insights. Sharing your experience and skills across the team to foster continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness. Analyzing customer insights and market trends to inform strategy and refine campaign approaches for PACs NAM. Presenting marketing plans, business cases, and performance updates to executive leadership and stakeholders to gain alignment. Collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure marketing activities support revenue goals. Managing external agencies and partner networks to maximize impact and ROI, including budget management and negotiations. Championing internal culture, team energy, and engagement within the North America marketing team. Your Experience and Background include: 10+ years of progressive experience in senior marketing roles, with proven leadership in complex, matrixed environments. Success in full-spectrum marketing programs, from strategy to execution and measurement. Expertise in digital marketing, audience profiling, and integrated campaign management. Strong understanding of CRM tools (SFDC, Marketo, 6Sense), marketing automation platforms, and digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in analytics tools to optimize social media, PPC, SEM, SEO (including AI Search results). Experience nurturing and building B2B and channel partner communities. Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams and share skills with others. Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Self-starter with a passion for innovative marketing and continuous learning. Experience in the physical security, access control, or wider security technology industry is beneficial but not essential.
