Job Description
Market Intelligence (MI)
- Develop strategies based on local market research and analysis to derive insights
- Identify business opportunities through analysis of local and global market trends
- Analyze competition and develop benchmarking strategies
- Manage market opportunities and risks by analyzing economic, industrial, and consumer trends
- Collaborate with headquarters and overseas subsidiaries to establish global marketing strategies (localization)
- Collect MI-related data and establish and refine analysis processes
Customer Insight (CI)
- Develop marketing strategies by deriving customer insights through local customer data analysis
- Formulate tailored strategies by analyzing consumer behavior, cultural characteristics, and purchasing patterns
- Define customer segmentation and persona
- Analyze CRM data and develop customer experience optimization strategies
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys (NPS), questionnaires, and Voice of Customer (VOC) analysis, and derive key findings
- Collaborate with headquarters and local teams to execute and improve customer-focused strategies
Qualifications
- Experience in global FMCG companies or consulting firms in MI/CI roles
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in market research and customer insight analysis in the relevant country or region
- Understanding of consumer behavior, cultural differences, and brand perceptions
- Essential experience in data analysis and research (including field research)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and BI tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with multinational teams
- Proficiency in English or Korean for communication with HQ (essential)
