THE ROLE
As Director of Marketing Operations you will focus on building a best-in-class Marketing Operations team rooted in strong process discipline. In this role, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and supporting the deployment of strategic initiatives within the Marketing organization. You will be the trusted business partner to the Senior Leaders and will design reporting that supports the rhythm of the business to hit or exceed pipeline targets. This person will be maniacally focused on designing actionable and insightful views on the revenue marketing organization's impact to pipeline and revenue.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLEBuild out and document a best in class Marketing Operations functionLead a high-performing team of Marketing Operations professionals in both EMEA and North America, as well as two offshore resources.Own all Marketing Operations functions including campaign operations, the marketing tech stack, reporting and analytics, project management, and routing/lead quality management.Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology stack to enhance campaign effectiveness and data analytics.Provide consistent visibility and insights into Marketing Performance providing recommendations and suggestions to the Marketing leadership teamProvide strategic partnership to the Marketing team in the development of campaign strategies and tactics.Ensure that all Marketing activities and objectives are aligned to the GTM strategyLead analytics efforts in support of growth and operational excellence to deliver on top priorities, weekly and monthly reporting cadences and pipeline reviews.Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing data strategy to ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance, partnering closely with the Sales Operations team to provide consistency and alignment across the GTM business.Own the strategy for Marketing systems and processes to ensure cohesiveness in global procedures, with the expressed purpose of making the global marketing team more effective and efficient.Deliver frequent presentations to leadership that clearly and effectively communicates performance, findings and the "whys" behind the numbersDevelop analysis, ad hoc reports and models to support marketing planning with predictable return on investmentCollaborate with other departments such as sales, customer operations, finance, and product development to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and mitigate potential risks.WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE :
15+ years of professional experience in marketing and sales analytics for a B2B software company.8+ years people management with demonstrable experience coaching and developing team members.Hands-on expertise in analyzing, interpreting, and telling stories through data for various types of stakeholdersExperience building marketing campaign forecasting and attribution, building models for marketing mix optimization and pipeline and revenue growth.Experience and expertise presenting actionable insights to an executive audienceAdvanced proficiency in building dashboards in Salesforce and TableauProficiency in Salesforce.com and its relationship to the marketing stack (Marketo, 6Sense, LeanData, Pathfactory, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, etc.)Advanced Excel proficiency with the ability to apply complex formulas and functionsProven knowledge of B2B marketing demand/revenue generation process and operations, including an understanding of marketing campaigns, tactics, and their effectivenessExpert understanding of demand waterfall, lead journey, pipeline generation, and opportunity progressionExperience in data management and maintaining data hygieneStrategic thinking and strong consultative skills with the ability to build solid relationships across marketing, sales, and operationsA sense of urgency and strong capabilities around prioritizationDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team structure as well as cross-functionally.Bachelor's degree in analytical areas such as mathematics, business, engineering, computer science, statistics, or related field.WHAT ELSE WOULD BE GREAT

Salary Range: $161,000- $222,200#LI-HJ1#LI-Remote
