Campaign Planning & Management:Own the NAM partner marketing calendar, collaborating with cross-functional and commercial teams to plan and execute creative, stand-out marketing campaigns aligned with our brand strategy, business objectives and partner needs.
Drive the conceptualization of 360 launch plans from strategic brief through execution with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, compelling messaging across all touch points
Concept, plan, and execute special marketing programs and promotions around key industry moments, partner-facing product launches or enhancements, company announcements etc. to enhance awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.
Brand & Creative:Be the Priceline Agoda brand steward, ensuring consistency across all platforms and initiatives (inclusive of look & feel, tone, personality etc.)
Lead development and ongoing maintenance of brand guidelines; partner with design teams across the organization to optimize and align, as needed.
Partner with our Creative Manager to develop, execute, and organize all relevant marketing collateral and content, including sales presentations, one pagers, presentation templates, case studies, landing pages, white papers etc.
Reporting and Analysis:Deliver regular reports on partner marketing performance, establishing KPIs to measure the success of our efforts across all campaigns and channels.
Lead post-mortem analysis of campaigns, summarizing and sharing learnings to inform future initiatives and optimize effectiveness.
Who you are:7-10 years of related experience in marketing. Experience in the travel/ hotel/ accommodations/ B2B space is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Creative thinker with experience driving innovation and disruptive go-to-market activities through effective storytelling across a wide range of marketing & communications channels (including content marketing, email marketing, PR & events and social media)
Effective problem-solver and strategic thinker with an ability to translate complex strategy and messaging goals into compelling marketing that breaks through
A hands-on self-starter with strong organizational and prioritization skills
Strong execution, leadership and consensus building/decision making skills
Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
Outstanding communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation
Willingness to travel 25% of time to meet with commercial teams

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.
