Vice President, Studio Franchise Strategy 41477 Business Development Full-Time Hybrid Overview We are seeking a Vice President of Studio Franchise Strategy at Paramount Pictures. The successful candidate will develop and promote long-term business and revenue strategies for our key franchises and film titles across Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon. Responsibilities include: Establishing annual strategies and budgets, preparing presentations for the board of directors and SLT that align with the CEO’s vision, used by Paramount Pictures & Nickelodeon executives to inform all lines of business (LOBs) and divisions within Paramount Global. Assisting corporate communications and investor relations in translating internal strategies externally. Supporting the animation studio president and leadership in building franchise plans, managing timelines, and internal communications. Coordinating communication strategies across the company, especially Nickelodeon, for key slate titles, including launch plans, marketing, P+, digital studios, and consumer products to ensure a cohesive narrative. Creating materials and scripts for internal and external presentations representing Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon. Driving new business initiatives and coordinating across emerging and evergreen properties within Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon libraries. Developing relationships with Consumer Products and cross-co strategy teams to understand product strategies and franchise opportunities, including major collaborations and retail rollout plans. Establishing key metrics to monitor franchise health, including franchise P&L, audience insights, and other relevant metrics. Handling ad hoc tasks such as internal task-forces, corporate development, strategy analysis, offsite preparations, and windowing analysis. Basic Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in entertainment and media in a similar role. Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including financial analysis knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Additional Qualifications: Ability to complete projects independently and efficiently. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation. Compensation and Benefits: Salary range: $205,000 - $254,000, depending on location and experience.
