We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in the Manufacturing industry, located in St Louis Park, Minnesota, United States. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including managing marketing campaigns, liaising with internal teams, and contributing to our private label segment's success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute marketing campaigns, focusing on deliverables and timelines

• Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including sales and R& D, to align on project goals

• Handle the entry of graphics and traffic management to ensure project completion in a timely manner

• Support marketing efforts and brand management initiatives

• Contribute to the success of our client's private label segment through effective collaboration with sales and R& D teams

• Utilize Asana or similar project management tools for task tracking and communication

• Facilitate clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders

• Perform data entry tasks as required.

• 2 plus years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry

• Proficient in using Asana for task and project management

• Demonstrated experience in cross functional project management

• Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proactive and problem-solving mindset

• Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices in the manufacturing industry
